Welcome to Comfortable Cab Hire Service. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or email.
- A booking is confirmed only after payment or an advance amount (if applicable) is received.
- Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop-off details.
2. Service Usage
- Customers must be on time at the pickup location to avoid delays.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual for misconduct or violation of rules.
- Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
3. Payment & Charges
- Full payment must be made before or at the start of the journey.
- Additional charges apply for extra kilometers, waiting time, and toll taxes.
- Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or online transfers.
4. Cancellation & Refund
- Free cancellation is available if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled ride.
- 50% of the fare will be charged for cancellations made within 12-24 hours of the trip.
- No refund is provided for cancellations within 12 hours or in case of a no-show.
5. Liability & Responsibilities
- We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings; we are not liable for lost items.
- In case of a vehicle breakdown, we will arrange an alternative vehicle or process a refund.
6. Driver & Passenger Conduct
- Drivers are expected to be professional and courteous at all times.
- Passengers must follow the driver's instructions for safety and smooth service.
- Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be chargeable.
7. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. It is the customer’s responsibility to review them before booking.
